RELAX IN A BATH

We have been having some sickness and general achyness in the household. This reminded me to make some bath soaks. The great thing is that you can make a variety of different ones depending on what you want your bath soak to be like. Allow me to explain.

Begin with a container. In this case I used a mason jar.

Fill with Epsom Salt. I filled to the top line here, which is 1 1/2 cups.

Add about a tablespoon or so of Almond Oil. Put the lid on after this step and shake it up!

Add drops of essential oils to create the kind of bath you want. In this case I used: 6-8 drops of eucalyptus, 4 drops of lavender, and 2 drops of tea tree oil.

Put lid on, shake, and put aside for about 24 hours to let everything mix and marinate. This is such an easy thing to do and the variety is fun too. I have made some with cloves, and vanilla bean. You can do citrus, floral, or mint.

This is an easy thing to do for Mother's Day, Valentine's, or someone who needs a little TLC.

When ready to use, add anywhere from 2 tablespoons to a 1/4 cup into running water and enjoy your bath!
